As of 4th December 2017, Windflower Florist Pte Ltd is offering Free Delivery (Island-Wide**) to all products purchased through our website.

**Windflower Florist Pte Ltd is happy to deliver island-wide, except to the following locations:

  • Tuas
  • Penjuru
  • Jurong Island
  • Army Bases
  • Airline Road

Windflower Florist Pte Ltd will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.


Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.

Windflower Florist Pte Ltd cannot accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if:

  1. Incorrect address given
  2. Intended recipient not present
  3. No valid means of contact
  4. Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

  1. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $10 re-delivery charge.
  2. Customers need to contact 97852570 to request for the re-delivery.
  3. Re-delivery timing is subjected to Windflower Florist’s scheduling.

  1. Customers who wish to amend delivery details will need to WhatsApp or call in to 97852570 and our Customer Service team will tend to your request during our working hours.
  2. Customers should notify Windflower Florist of the changes before the following cut-off timing, else it will be subjected to the re-delivery fee of $10.

-For delivery 10am-1pm: Cut-off timing at 6pm the evening before.

-For delivery 2-4pm & 4-6pm: Cut-off timing at 12:30pm on the day itself.

-For delivery 7-9pm: Cut-off timing at 3:30pm on the day itself.


Customers may opt to collect their bouquets at no extra charge. Collections can be made at our store at:

Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if customers wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.


Ordering Policy


All bouquets will be available for Next-Day ordering unless stated otherwise.

Cut-off timing for Next-Day Morning Slots orders is at 6:00PM.


All bouquets will be available for Same-Day ordering unless stated otherwise.

Cut-off timing for Same-Day Afternoon orders is at 12:00PM on the ordering day itself.

Cut-off timing for Same-Day Night Slots is at 3:00pm on the ordering day itself.

*Kindly note timeslots are first-come-first-serve basis. Dates will be greyed out when orders are fully booked.




We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Online payments are processed using our secure payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is a market leader in the online payment space, and ensures fast, safe and secure payments.

Coupled with our site’s SSL certificate, you are ensured a safe, encrypted link between you and our secure payment provider.


We accept payment by cash and NETS in store.

Customers who order through Whatsapp will be sent an invoice for their order via email.

Upon receiving an invoice, customers may choose to pay by credit card, or by bank transfer.

Should you choose to bank transfer, kindly screenshot a copy of the receipt and Whatsapp us as proof of your transaction


Refunds & Cancellation

  1. For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.
  2. The refunds will be reflected in your next bank statement or 2 weeks later and a refund receipt will be emailed out as well.
  3. If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact customer service at or drop us a Whatsapp at 97852570.
  4. For Bank Transfer transactions, do contact us or drop us a whatsapp at 97852570 and we will tend to your enquiries.

  1. To make a cancellation, kindly contact customer service at or Whatsapp 97852570.
  2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items


Seasonal Availability of Flowers

Here at Windflower Florist Pte Ltd, we strive to ensure your bouquets are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with your order. However, flowers are seasonal products, and subject to availability from orchards and farms.

Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution/replacement. We will only substitute with flowers of a similar or superior look/feel and value.

Filler flowers are what give the bouquet body and volume, but are similarly subject to the season. We will do our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original. Rest assured the bouquet will look as beautiful as always.
